Chicago is a big city where people are always in hurry. Tall buildings and strong wind make people feel more pressure. Picasso square used to be a place where people gathered, but in the new generation, it needs a new identity and function to meet the new needs. This place is surrounded by office buildings, so every day there are office workers passing through the square. This site is designed to meet their needs after work.
